Sales Policy

Descriptions: Some minor wear is expected with Vintage glass such as tool marks, pontil marks, surface scratches to bases consistent with age, internal and surface air bubbles and furnace ash particles. Vintage hand-blown glass is expected to include some or all of these signs of wear or manufacturing process and they are not considered to be damage but are generally included in item descriptions for accuracy. All our glass is carefully scrutinized and any, post-manufacture or unusual damage is mentioned in our descriptions. All measurements and weights are approximate. Measurements given are of the widest, tallest and/or deepest portion of the piece unless otherwise noted. Weights listed are of the piece plus that of sufficient packing materials. Invoices will reflect the exact weight on those orders where shipping charges are applicable. Every attempt is made to attribute items accurately, based upon years of collecting, attributions made in various art glass books, and other sources. It is possible that we may make an error so please ask any questions that you may have before ordering and use your own judgement. We are always happy to answer any questions promptly, courteously and as completely as possible.

Shipping: FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING, INSURANCE and DELIVERY CONFIRMATION for all sales over $100 within the continental US! All items are carefully packed, to meet or exceed USPS standards (able to be dropped on any corner, edge or side from 3 feet without causing damage to the contents). We care about the items we sell and package them as if they were on their way back to us using plenty of bubble wrap and foam peanuts. Some items are double-boxed. For sales under $100, actual shipping, insurance and delivery confirmation will be purchased by the buyer. Items can be combined in one box to save on postage costs except when doing so might cause damage in transit. There are absolutely NO HANDLING or SUPPLY FEES. Expedited shipping services are available upon request.

International Buyers: Including Hawaiian and Alaskan buyers with  orders over $100USD, only the amount EXCEEDING that of the highest shipping, insurance and delivery confirmation rate within the continental US is charged to the buyer. For example: if the cost to ship an item to California is $15 and the cost to ship the same item to Germany is $25, the German buyer will only pay $10 for shipping (25-15=10). International buyers with orders under $100USD are responsible for actual shipping, insurance and delivery confirmation fees. We do NOT CHARGE HANDLING FEES.

Payment: Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. Forms of payment accepted are as follows: Credit Card through PayPal, Money Order, Cashier's Check or Personal Check. All funds must clear (time will vary among payment methods) before your order is shipped.

Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee: All our items are eligible for a full refund if you are not completely satisfied. You must notify us of your intent to return within 3 days of receipt of the item. Returned items must be received by us within 10 days (15 days for International buyers) of notification of intent to return. Returned items must be received in the condition in which they were sent. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility as are any bank, Paypal or other applicable charges associated with the sale and/or return. Refunds will be submitted in the form of a Cashier's Check. There are absolutely NO HANDLING, SUPPLY or RESTOCKING FEES, EVER!
